This companies are under lots of pressure from both their superiors and the public. And, it is not uncommon for them to seem slow in responding. I can imagine your pain, but hang in there and be persistent in contacting Countrywide. It can take them what seems like an eternity to respond. Keep calling them! And, call me, if you like, maybe I can help? Good luck.
